DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT The Division of Emergency Management is responsible for coordinating mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery efforts for emergency events in our community. Our all hazards approach to emergency planning includes threats from hurricanes and tropical storms & other weather emergencies.
